Provide organized administrative support across studio, rentals, AV School, careers, customer service, and event-production operations.

Operate and maintain professional audio systems for studio, venue, and live-event productions.

Support reliable livestream and hybrid-event delivery from ADMFA Studio and approved client venues, including cameras, switching, encoding, recording, graphics, platform setup, and broadcast audio coordination.

Answer customer calls, qualify leads, schedule tours, and route rental and production inquiries.

Support the full rental lifecycle from request and availability review through preparation, customer handoff, delivery coordination, return inspection, and inventory reconciliation.

Support event load-in, setup, operation, troubleshooting, and strike across client locations.

Gain hands-on experience with audio, LED, lighting, equipment preparation, and event operations.

Serve as a primary customer and operations contact for ADMFA Studio, helping prospects and confirmed clients move from inquiry through tour, booking, preparation, event day, and follow-up.
