ADMFA can coordinate common B2B onboarding items before the project reaches payment or fulfillment.
Tell us if your organization needs a W-9, supplier application, onboarding portal entry, vendor registration form or related documentation.
Request current insurance information or send your organization’s certificate requirements for review before the job is confirmed.
Upload PO instructions, procurement terms, contract forms or special payment-process requirements. Nonstandard terms are reviewed before they become part of an ADMFA agreement.
ADMFA reviews exemption documentation before changing the tax treatment of an otherwise taxable transaction. A federal nonprofit letter alone does not automatically establish the Texas sales-tax treatment for a purchase.
Important: ADMFA confirms accepted tax treatment in writing. Uploading a document by itself does not automatically remove tax from a quote or payment.
Texas allows qualifying religious organizations to seek state tax exemption without requiring a federal exemption first. When claiming an exempt taxable purchase, the organization generally documents the exempt sale with the seller using the applicable exemption certificate.
You do not need to create a customer account just to send procurement documentation. ADMFA will connect this submission to the appropriate customer or project record when applicable.
Do not upload: Social Security numbers, banking credentials, payment-card information, personal identity documents or medical information.
