Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how ADMFA Audio LLC collects, uses, discloses, protects, and retains personal information in connection with ADMFA websites, ADMFA Private Studio, equipment rentals, off-site production, memberships, AV School/student activities, careers, MixLab/digital services, advertising, and communications.
2. Categories of Information We May Collect
- Identity and contact information: name, email, telephone number, billing/mailing address, organization, role, and account identifiers.
- Booking and event information: event type, requested date/time, guest count, venue needs, vendors, equipment needs, service addresses, delivery addresses, accessibility requests, notes, and signed documents.
- Transaction information: order history, deposits, balances, refunds, invoice details, transaction identifiers, and payment status. Full payment-card details may be handled by payment processors rather than stored directly by ADMFA.
- Account, membership, and education information: username, role, membership tier, school/program affiliation, access rights, subscription history, attendance or participation information, and security logs.
- Media and digital-service information: audio, video, images, stems, project files, metadata, instructions, processing jobs, generated/processed outputs, storage information, collaboration information, and technical logs.
- Applicant information: resume, employment history, education, application answers, references when provided, contact information, and related hiring materials.
- Device and online activity: IP address, browser/device information, referral source, pages viewed, UTM parameters, cookies, analytics events, advertising identifiers, pixels, and similar technical information.
- Communications: forms, emails, SMS, support requests, telephone notes, reviews, surveys, consent records, and opt-out records.
3. Purposes for Processing
ADMFA may process information to respond to inquiries; provide quotes; administer bookings, rentals, deliveries, production, accounts, memberships, education, and digital services; process payments; verify identity; prevent fraud; provide customer support; maintain security; manage vendors/contractors; administer promotions; measure advertising; attribute leads; improve services; process applications; maintain accounting and business records; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
4. Categories of Third Parties
Information may be disclosed to service providers such as payment processors, website hosts, cloud/storage providers, email/SMS providers, analytics and advertising services, authentication/security providers, delivery/production providers, contractors, professional advisers, insurers, auditors, and governmental authorities when legally required. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to perform a customer-requested service, such as coordination with an event site or approved vendor.
5. Payments
Payment processing may be performed by third parties. Those providers may collect payment-card or financial information under their own privacy and security practices. ADMFA may retain transaction identifiers, payment status, billing records, and information necessary for accounting, disputes, refunds, and fraud prevention.
6. MixLab, AI, and Uploaded Media
Files submitted to MixLab or another digital service may be transmitted to infrastructure, storage, processing, artificial-intelligence, or other technical providers needed to perform the requested service. Customers should not upload content they lack authority to process or unnecessarily include sensitive personal information. Customers should maintain independent backups of important media.
7. Cookies, Analytics, Advertising, and Attribution
ADMFA may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, advertising tags, UTM parameters, conversion tools, local storage, and similar technologies for site operations, security, measurement, campaign attribution, service improvement, and advertising. Depending on configuration and applicable law, these technologies may involve third-party processing or targeted advertising. See the Cookie & Tracking Notice.
8. Student and Minor Information
ADMFA may offer educational or student programs. Where information concerning minors is collected, ADMFA may require a parent, guardian, school, or authorized organization to act as the contracting or consenting party, depending on the program and applicable law. ADMFA does not intend general commercial website services to solicit children to submit personal information contrary to applicable law. See the Student & Minor Privacy / Participation Notice.
9. Sensitive Information
ADMFA seeks to limit sensitive-data collection to information reasonably necessary for disclosed purposes. If a service requires sensitive information subject to special consent requirements, ADMFA will seek consent or another lawful basis as required. Customers should avoid submitting sensitive information that is not necessary for the service.
10. Retention
Information is retained for periods reasonably necessary for service delivery, contractual records, accounting, tax, insurance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, backups, and legitimate business needs. Retention periods differ by data category and may be extended where preservation is necessary for a dispute, legal hold, or regulatory obligation.
11. Security
ADMFA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No security system is guaranteed to be perfect. Customers are responsible for protecting their own credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized account use promptly.
12. Texas Consumer Privacy Rights
Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, eligible Texas consumers may have rights concerning confirmation/access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-outs from certain targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or qualifying profiling. Legal exceptions and eligibility rules apply. ADMFA will not discriminate against a consumer for validly exercising an applicable privacy right.
Privacy requests may be sent to Admfabusiness@gmail.com. ADMFA may use reasonable methods to verify identity and authority before completing a request. If applicable law requires an appeal mechanism for a denied request, ADMFA will provide information about how to appeal.
13. Other U.S. State Rights
Because ADMFA may interact with customers outside Texas, residents of other states may have privacy rights under laws applicable to ADMFA and the particular processing activity. ADMFA will evaluate properly submitted requests under the law that applies to the requester and processing involved.
14. Marketing Choices
Marketing email recipients may use the unsubscribe link or contact ADMFA. Transactional or relationship communications relating to an active booking, account, purchase, security issue, delivery, membership, or requested service may continue where permitted. SMS marketing, when used, will be handled subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
15. Third-Party Websites and Embedded Services
Links, embedded maps, videos, social content, booking systems, payment systems, or other third-party services may collect information under their own privacy notices. ADMFA does not control unrelated third-party privacy practices.
16. Corporate Transactions and Legal Requirements
Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset transfer, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law. ADMFA may also preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, lawful process, insurance requirements, safety obligations, or legal claims.
17. Changes to This Policy
ADMFA may update this policy as services, technology, or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.

Contract hierarchy: A signed venue agreement, equipment rental agreement, production agreement, proposal, statement of work, invoice, checkout disclosure, waiver, insurance requirement, release, or written change order may contain additional or more specific terms. Transaction-specific signed terms control that transaction to the extent they conflict with a general website policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
