Our accessibility goal

ADMFA uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical internal target for ongoing website improvement. This is a goal and framework for testing and remediation, not a claim that every page, PDF, third-party tool or historical asset is fully conformant at all times.

What we work to support

• keyboard-accessible navigation and controls;
• meaningful headings, labels and form instructions;
• text alternatives for informative images where feasible;
• readable contrast, scalable text and browser zoom;
• visible keyboard focus and usable touch targets;
• captions, transcripts or alternate communication when reasonably available;
• clear form errors and accessible authentication practices;
• consistent ways to request help; and
• testing that includes both automated tools and human review where practical.

PDFs, media and third-party tools

Some brochures, historical documents, embedded content, payment systems, maps, social media, videos or third-party applications may have accessibility limitations that ADMFA does not fully control. If you cannot access content or complete a transaction because of a barrier, contact us and we will work to provide the information or service through a reasonable alternate method.

Customer portal, forms and checkout

If an inquiry form, quote, agreement, customer portal, upload workflow, membership checkout or Square payment step creates an accessibility barrier, contact ADMFA before abandoning the transaction. We can help identify an alternate accessible route that preserves the same business process and transaction record where reasonably possible.

Physical venue and service accommodations

For venue, studio, educational or production services, tell us as early as possible if you need a reasonable accommodation, communication aid, seating/access consideration or alternate format. Some requests may require advance coordination with the building, event organizer, vendor or other third party.
