How Our Booking Process Works
Three clear steps from planning to show day. Your date is not confirmed until ADMFA Audio approves the scope, required agreement, and payment terms.
Confirm Scope & Secure the Date
ADMFA reviews availability, layout, staffing, compliance requirements, final pricing, agreement terms, and the required payment schedule before confirming the booking.
Host Your Event
ADMFA prepares the approved venue setup and booked services. Only the final approved quote and signed agreement define what ADMFA provides.
STEP 1
Build Your Preliminary Studio Estimate
This is an in-house ADMFA Studio booking. No delivery address or mileage is required because the event takes place at the Studio.

Important Venue Information
Private Studio, Not a Public Hall
ADMFA Studio is a private production and event space. Every event is reviewed for fit, staffing, safety, equipment, and operational requirements before confirmation.
Food & Vendors
Food, caterers, food trucks, and approved vendors may be used when they fit the event plan. Any vendor requirements must be disclosed before final approval.
Alcohol Review
Alcohol is not automatically approved. Events involving alcohol may require additional staffing, insurance, security, licensed service, permits, or other compliance requirements.
Capacity & Layout
Capacity depends on the approved floor plan, tables, staging, production equipment, dance floor, food stations, and event configuration. The final approved layout controls.

Is ADMFA Audio a public venue?
No. ADMFA Studio is a private studio/event facility and bookings are reviewed before confirmation.
Do I have to schedule a walkthrough?
No. You may request a preliminary quote first, a walkthrough first, or request both together.
Can outside vendors or staff be used?
Outside vendors or staff may be approved case-by-case so ADMFA can protect the facility, equipment, production plan, and safety requirements.
Can we have food and drinks?
Yes, when approved for the event plan. Professional caterers and food trucks are recommended for larger events.
Is alcohol allowed?
Potentially, but only after ADMFA reviews the event and confirms the applicable compliance, staffing, security, insurance, and service requirements.
When is my date confirmed?
A request or preliminary estimate does not hold a date. The booking is confirmed only after ADMFA completes its review and the required agreement/payment conditions are satisfied.
