Studio and Venue Rules
General public information. The signed quote or contract controls the final approved terms.
- Events and tours must be confirmed by ADMFA staff.
- Guest counts may not exceed the approved capacity or room configuration.
- Décor, outside vendors, catering and amplified entertainment require advance approval.
- Exits, fire equipment and production access must remain clear.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
- Damage, excessive cleaning or schedule overruns may result in additional charges.
- Smoking, illegal activity and unapproved hazardous materials are prohibited.
Questions should be submitted before payment or equipment delivery.
