ADMFA AUDIO EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Equipment Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between ADMFA Audio LLC (“Lessor”) and the undersigned (“Lessee”). By signing below, the Lessee agrees to all terms and conditions stated herein.

Customer Pickup

• All pickups require a $1,000 refundable hold.
• Delivery orders require a $500–$1,000 hold depending on equipment value.
• All cards must remain on file until equipment is returned in original condition.

Rental Terms Summary

1. Lessee assumes full responsibility for the equipment from pickup/delivery until it is returned and inspected.
2. Lessee agrees to pay all replacement or repair costs for loss, damage, or theft.
3. Lessee agrees to obtain liability insurance; ADMFA Audio does not insure client property or operations.
4. ADMFA Audio retains full ownership of all livestream and recorded content created using its equipment.
5. No alcohol or controlled substances are permitted during use of ADMFA equipment or facilities.
6. A $500–$1,000 refundable deposit is required, in addition to rental charges.
7. Late returns incur additional daily rental fees.
8. ADMFA Audio reserves the right to record, photograph, and promote content generated through rentals.
