- 1. Pre-Event Consultation: We go over your vision, performance style, run-of-show, and technical needs.
- 2. Technical Planning: Our engineers map lighting, audio, LED visuals, staging, and transitions.
- 3. Load-In: Your team arrives to set props, gear, or rehearsal items while we finalize the technical build.
- 4. Soundcheck / Camera Check: Levels, lighting looks, and visuals are tested before audience arrival.
- 5. Live Engineering: Our technicians run the full show: audio, lighting, LED screens, livestream, and timing cues.
- 6. Breakdown: After the event ends, our team handles teardown and equipment reset.
- 7. Optional Add-Ons: Raw footage, edited recaps, multicam recording, or master audio files.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide onsite engineers?
Yes — all ADMFA productions include in-house audio/visual engineers. We do not allow outside engineers on our equipment unless pre-approved based on their credentials.
Can you customize LED visuals?
Absolutely. We can create animated backdrops, colors, graphics, logos, lyrics, virtual landscapes, church sets, or whatever matches your theme.
Do you livestream events?
Yes — we stream directly to your platform(s). We handle audio sync, lighting, cameras, and monitoring to ensure a smooth broadcast.
How long does setup take?
Most setups take 45–90 minutes depending on complexity. Multi-camera setups or heavy LED design may require additional time.
Can you record my performance or show?
Yes — audio, cameras, drone footage (off-site), and multi-angle setups are available. You may bring your own videographer as well.
Do you offer rehearsal time?
Yes — rehearsal time can be added before your production or booked separately.
Do you offer script or run-of-show support?
Yes — our team assists with timing cues, scene transitions, lighting colors, and pacing recommendations.
