School Information
Current Status
ADMFA AV School is not currently accredited and does not participate in federal student aid. ADMFA is developing its academic and administrative systems for future regulatory and accreditation readiness; this statement does not represent candidacy or accreditation.
Instructional Calendar
ADMFA uses an online-first academic model. Courses with physical competencies include required Monday hands-on laboratories with limited seating; students choose an available 12:00 PM or 6:00 PM section when offered. Other coursework is completed through the Student Portal with graded assignments, assessments and instructor feedback.
Advanced AV Systems & Live Production Professional Program
Program design: 360 course-time/clock hours. Standard pathway: approximately 9 months, with approved accelerated or extended sequencing where offered. Minimum individual-course passing score: 80% plus required practical competency.

Admissions, Academic Progress & Student Policies
Admissions & Placement
Application does not equal enrollment. ADMFA reviews program fit, prior education/experience, prerequisites and placement. Advanced placement or prerequisite waivers require documented review and do not create a grade or credit for coursework not completed.
Grading & Graduation
Individual professional-program courses require a minimum final score of 80% and successful completion of designated practical competencies. Program completion also requires completion of all required courses, capstone, practicum requirements, satisfactory academic progress and fulfillment of administrative obligations.
Satisfactory Academic Progress
SAP uses qualitative and quantitative measures. Current design thresholds are a cumulative GPA of 2.50, at least 80% required attendance/engagement, and at least 67% pace. Progress is evaluated at the end of each grading period and at defined program milestones.
Academic Probation & Readmission
A student below the published SAP standard may be placed on probation for one grading period with a documented improvement plan. A student who does not regain satisfactory progress may be terminated. A student terminated for unsatisfactory progress is not eligible for readmission until at least one grading period has passed and the school approves a re-entry plan.
Attendance & Online Engagement
Students must meet scheduled laboratory/online attendance requirements and document academically related activity in asynchronous coursework. Attendance/engagement records may include assignment submission, assessment completion, instructor-directed discussion, laboratory participation or other documented academic activity. Make-up work does not automatically erase an absence.
Maximum Timeframe
Students must complete the program within no more than 150% of the published normal program duration unless a more restrictive approved rule applies.
Incompletes, Repeats & Withdrawal
Incompletes, repeated subjects, withdrawals, leave/re-entry and remedial work are documented under the current controlled policy. Where applicable under Texas requirements, an eligible student withdrawing for an appropriate non-academic reason may request an incomplete and may be allowed to complete the affected subject within the permitted re-enrollment period without additional tuition.
Conduct & Safety
Unsafe conduct, dishonesty, harassment, intentional equipment misuse, academic misconduct or material disruption may lead to corrective action or termination. Because AV training involves electrical systems, heavy equipment and event environments, safety rules and instructor direction are mandatory.
Student Grievances
Students should first use ADMFA's written grievance process. The school records the complaint, review and resolution. Once ADMFA operates under an applicable state approval, the catalog will include the regulator's required unresolved-grievance contact exactly as approved.
Placement Assistance
ADMFA may provide job-readiness coaching, practicum opportunities, employer introductions and consideration for ADMFA contract opportunities. Training completion does not guarantee employment, earnings, job placement or an ADMFA engagement.
Funding, Scholarships & Sponsorships
Federal financial aid is not currently available. ADMFA may publish institution-funded scholarships and third-party sponsorship opportunities from participating schools, religious organizations, community organizations, employers, and other partners. Eligibility and awards are determined under the terms of each funding source.
