Planners or clients can visit our website to explore available equipment and services—speakers, lights, video walls, mixers, staging, and more.

Step 2: Expert Review & Contact from Project Manager
Once you submit your form, one of our qualified Event Project Managers—who are also trained engineers— will reach out.
They will:
Review your selected items
Confirm if they match your event needs
Consider key factors like venue size, indoor vs outdoor setup, and event type
If needed, we may schedule: Or request a venue video and layout to properly assess. An on-site walkthrough (recommended for large or custom events)
Step 3: On-Site Quote Appointment (Optional but Recommended)
For in-person visits, there is a nonrefundable fee: $50 for up to 1 hour and $20 per each additional hour if needed
Appointments must be paid for in advance. If unpaid by the scheduled time, the slot may be canceled.
