Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. General Policy

All bookings and rentals with ADMFA AUDIO LLC are confirmed once payment or deposit has been received. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and accept this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Deposits

A $500 deposit is required to secure any booking (venue, studio, or equipment).
Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future booking if notice is given at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event or rental.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the service date may receive a credit for future use.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date forfeit all deposits.
No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the total estimate.

4. Equipment Rentals

All rental charges are final once equipment leaves ADMFA Audio custody.
Refunds are not provided for early returns, unused items, or client mishandling.
Equipment not returned on time may incur additional daily rental fees.

5. Event & Studio Rentals

Clients must notify ADMFA Audio in writing for all reschedule requests.
Events cancelled due to weather or third-party issues remain subject to the same policy unless rebooked.
Cleaning, security, and setup fees are non-refundable once rendered.

6. Emergency AV Repair

Service calls are billed upon dispatch. Refunds are not issued once an engineer has been assigned or travel has commenced.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks will be pursued as a breach of contract. ADMFA Audio reserves the right to collect any unpaid balances and legal fees associated with disputes.

8. Force Majeure

ADMFA Audio is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, credits may be applied to future dates.

9. Refund Requests

All refund or credit inquiries must be sent in writing to info@admfaaudio.com within 7 days of the original event or invoice date. Please include your booking number, invoice, and reason for the request.
