Frequently Asked Questions
How many people can the studio accommodate?
Our studio comfortably seats 75 guests in a seminar setup and up to 100 for standing receptions or networking events.
Can we bring our own food or drinks?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring outside catering. We simply ask that no cooking occurs on-site, and all food services are pre-packaged or delivered.
Do you offer livestreaming or recording options?
Absolutely. We offer professional multi-camera streaming, recording, and editing packages that can be added to your booking.
What’s included in the rental rate?
Your rental includes full access to our stage, seating, lighting, microphones, and an in-house technician to assist with setup and teardown.
Do you offer non-profit or church discounts?
Yes. Registered 501(c)(3) organizations receive tax-exempt pricing when valid documentation is provided prior to booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and customize your setup options.
