What’s included in the private event rental?
Full studio access, lighting, audio, microphones, and a technician to assist with setup and teardown.
Can I bring my own DJ or caterer?
Yes. Outside vendors are allowed. We can also recommend trusted partners if needed.
Is parking available?
Yes — free on-site parking with accessible entry. Overflow can be arranged upon request.
How many guests can your studio hold?
Up to 75 seated or 100 standing, depending on the layout.
Do I need event insurance?
Yes. Proof of event liability insurance is required before your event date.
Do you allow alcohol?
Yes, but it must be served by a certified and insured vendor. No sales are allowed.
Can I decorate the space?
Yes — all décor must be non-damaging and removed at the end of your booking.
What’s your deposit and cancellation policy?
$500 deposit required. Refundable up to 14 days before the event. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit.
