Remote Sales & Marketing Assistant

Location: Remote

Reports To: Operations Director (U.S.)

Hours: 20–30 hrs/week (flexible with some U.S. CST availability)

Compensation: Negotiable (based on skill & experience)

Role Summary:

You’ll be responsible for generating leads, following up with event clients, managing listings and reviews, and coordinating online marketing campaigns for ADMFA Audio — a U.S.-based audiovisual company specializing in event sound, lighting, and equipment rental.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries via email/socials

  • Follow up with past clients for reviews and repeat bookings

  • Manage business listings (Google, Yelp, Event platforms)

  • Research local U.S. event directories, expo lists, and promotion opportunities

  • Coordinate email campaigns and seasonal promotions

  • Create and schedule social media content (with Canva, ChatGPT, or tools you like)

  • Assist with Google Ads or Facebook Ads (optional)

  • Prepare weekly sales reports and lead dashboards

Must-Have Skills:
  • Excellent written English and customer service tone

  • Experience with email marketing, Canva, Google Business, or social scheduling tools

  • Comfortable learning about the AV/event industry (training provided)

Bonus if you have:
  • Sales or lead generation experience

  • Familiarity with Square, Eventbrite, or CRM tools

Remote Admin Assistant – Phone, Inventory, and Staff Support

Role Summary:

You’ll serve as the front line for incoming calls and inquiries for ADMFA Audio. You will also assist with maintaining inventory records, staffing logistics, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism

  • Take detailed messages and dispatch to team as needed

  • Maintain inventory records (equipment checklists, availability)

  • Track bookings, returns, and upcoming event needs

  • Coordinate with freelancers or local contractors on staffing

  • Update spreadsheets on supplies, gear condition, staffing assignments

  • Assist with online scheduling (Square or Google Calendar)

  • Send reminders or confirmations to clients/staff

Must-Have Skills:
  • Friendly and clear English communication by phone

  • Fast internet and a quiet environment for handling calls

  • Detail-oriented with experience in Google Sheets/Excel

  • Strong time management and accountability

Bonus if you have:
  • Prior experience in a virtual receptionist or operations support role

  • Familiarity with AV or event staffing
